Our process is to send out an appointment letter to your insured, about 10-14 days prior to our scheduled audit date.
We will then call your policyholder 3-4 days before that date to verify the audit date.
If possible and if your insured is agreeable, we will ask for specific records to be e-mailed or dropped into a secured and encrypted shared folder, where we will try to complete some or all of the detail prior to arriving at the risk, so that we don’t waste your clients time.
We’ll then ask your insured the pertinent audit questions and follow up with a phone call or e-mail after the documents are secured and the audit is written up.
The result will be a thorough, professional audit that meets your requirements and standards.
